The “Balance Wheel” is a quick and effective way to prioritize, create a holistic vision, gain greater balance and satisfaction.
This tool can also be used by HR to structure the development of professional qualities of employees, in this case you can use the “wheel of professional competencies”. It can also be used as an example to create a “Project Wheel”, which will help the manager to see a coherent picture of all the areas that need to be addressed during the implementation phase of the project.
